Asian Characters in Micro:bit®

Micro:bit® has a 5x5 LED matrix for displaying alphabets, numbers and graphics. Can it display Asian characters such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean?

1. All titles in this section are novel designs for teaching and learning of STEM/science/physics, or methodology/technology related initiative that are believed to be useful in a wide range of classrooms. However, a good theory is not enough, unless it is practical. You are cordially invited to participate in this research by implementing these activities in your classrooms. Findings will be consolidated and disseminated to other schools, as a unique contribution to education. Please contact us for assistance.
